The Pass Plus course

The Pass Plus course is specifically aimed for newly trained drivers to develop their driving skills further and to continue to gain in confidence to be able to deal with different aspects of driving.

The Pass Plus course is open to anyone who holds a full UK licence, no test is taken at the end but you must complete all six modules to an achieved or exceeded standard.

Hazard Perception skills

During the course you will develop and use your ability to plan ahead and deal with developing hazards.

Many accidents that occur can be avoided by the driver who is not at fault by recognizing hazards and dealing with them well in advance, this course will enhance that hazard perception skill.

Insurance discounts

Many insurance companies will give substantial discounts for Pass Plus certificate holders. You could in many cases save more than the cost of the Pass Plus course with the insurance discount.

The six Pass Plus modules

Once you have completed the modules above you will have gained a greater ability to deal with all different kinds of driving conditions and road types with increased hazard perception skills.

You should then be able to drive with a renewed sense of confidence and adhere to the DSA motto of 'Safe Driving for Life'.
